Whether you can take Tadalafil at the same time as your other medications will depend on which medications you are taking.
You are required to complete a short medical consultation questionnaire that asks for any medications that you are prescribed from your GP and will indicate the medications that can’t be taken alongside Tadalafil.
There are several medicines which should not be taken concurrently with Tadalafil. Medicines which can have potentially serious interactions with Tadalafil include :-
• Any alpha-blocker medicines e.g. doxazosin (Cardura), alfuzosin (Xatral), tamsulosin, terazosin, or Flomax, that you can buy in the pharmacy. (These medicines may be used to treat prostate problems or high blood pressure).
• Isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or use a GTN spray or tablets
for chest pain or use Rectogesic ointment?
• Nicorandil (Ikorel), used to treat angina
• Cimetidine, used to treat stomach or duodenal (peptic) ulcers
• Theophylline, used to treat asthma
• Antibiotics:- Clarithromycin, Erythromycin and Telithromycin
• Anti-fungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole
• Seizure medication:- carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin and primidone
• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide
• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat
• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)

If you are taking Tadalafil and are experiencing symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), then your doctor may ask you to visit a specialist for treatment. For BPH, Tadalafil can relax the smooth muscle in the prostate and the prostate gland, which can help alleviate BPH symptoms.
If you are experiencing symptoms of high blood pressure, BPH and not Tadalafil, then Tadalafil can increase the risk of getting Wilmington’s price going up.
If you are taking Tadalafil and have an alpha-blocker, then Tadalafil can cause potentially serious side effects which can last for a few days or even longer. Doctor asked patients are typically advised to take a minimum of two medications a day with Tadalafil.
There is a chance that if you take more Tadalafil than you should, then your dose of alpha-blocker may have to be reduced.
While taking Tadalafil, you are still advised to monitor your progress and would be happy with a way to site when new symptoms arise.

The so-called ‘weekend pill’ will soon be made by generic manufacturers, as Eli Lilly’s patent on the drug is expected to expire in the UK 14 November 2017, and will be made available soon after from.
The patent for Cialis expired in March 2015 in Brazil, and is now available in that country as generic tadalafil from Sandoz.
Containing the active ingredienttadalafil, Cialis was, to compete with Pfizer’s erectile dysfunction medicine Viagra. It was originally developed to relieve frequent urination or weak flow of urine in patients with enlarged prostates, but it also helps increase blood flow to the penis.
Cialis, Viagra and several other ED medicines are phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitors, which work by inhibiting the enzyme that regulates blood flow to the penis. The principal difference with Cialis is its duration.Unlike Viagra and Levitra, which last for about 4 and 12 hours respectively, Cialis lasts for about 36 hours.Patients will not have a continuous erection, but can achieve one when sexually stimulated throughout that time frame.
